    Shake the can until it feels liquid. Apply the spray with your head upside down and spray evenly onto your skin/hair.

    Allow the foam to work (10-15 minutes). Then, remove it with a paper towel (e.g., toilet paper), applying pressure against the direction of hair growth. Repeat this process if necessary, until all hair is completely removed.

How do I use the hair removal foam?

We recommend using Bodu & Us Body Hair Removal Foam once a week to maximize its effectiveness and slow hair growth. For best results, hair should be at least 5mm long.

  • Shake the can gently. It should sound liquid. If it doesn't, shake more vigorously until it's liquid and the ingredients are blended. This is especially important if the foam is going to sit for a while or won't be used.
  • Apply the foam with the can head facing up to the areas you want to be hair-free.
  • Spray only on dry skin. Avoid water droplets, as these impair the effectiveness of our foam.
  • Leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  • Test on a small area to see if the hair can be removed.
  • Then remove hair with a paper towel or peeling glove, applying pressure against the direction of hair growth.
  • Shower thoroughly.

Note: We've found that hair removal is best achieved with a paper towel (e.g., toilet paper or Zewa kitchen roll) or an exfoliating mitt. Depending on the texture of towels, there's a risk that hair will remain. Alternatively, you can also try a damp washcloth.

For larger areas, spray in strips and be careful not to use air pressure to spray onto the previous strip, as this could potentially spray away the previous foam.

If you're spraying away existing foam, spray a small amount of foam and spread it over the area with your hand to ensure all areas are covered. Then spray again in strips, and the foam should adhere easily.
